Twenty-four kilometers west of Końskie, in Maleniec, on the Czarna River, there is an over two hundred year-old complex of rolling mills and nail plants. It has been founded in 1784 by the Castellan of Łuków Jacek Jezierski, who presented the plant in summer 1787 to King Stanislaw August Poniatowski, for whom he gave a special feast. With the years, the owners changed, modernizing the machine park and changing the production profile.

Ruiny Zamku w Bodzentynie

The small town Bodzentyn, famous in Central Europe for its horse markets, is one of the most visited tourist towns right at the heart of Świętokrzyskie mountains. Founded on initiative of the Bishop of Cracow Bodzanta from Janków between 1348 and 1355 when he founded the parish church in civitate nostra Bodzantino. The town had been surrounded by the bishop Florian from Morsk in XIV century with high defensive walls, who also initiated the construction of a castle on the high hill.
